Founder / Principal
Nick brings a rare, operator-driven perspective to real estate syndication, built on hands-on experience across construction, operations, and commercial real estate.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and began his career managing large-scale commercial construction projects in Silicon Valley, where precision, cost control, and execution timelines were critical. He later became a licensed contractor, founding and operating his own construction company, giving him deep, practical insight into budgeting, value engineering, renovations, and risk mitigation.
Nick is also a proven entrepreneur. He founded and scaled a brewery business to six locations across the Bay Area, overseeing more than 100 employees. This experience sharpened his expertise in operations, leadership, financial management, and scaling systems — skills that directly translate to managing complex real estate assets.
In addition, Nick is a licensed real estate agent with a focus on commercial real estate, including property management, leasing, tenant relations, and both commercial and residential sales. This background allows him to evaluate deals holistically — from acquisition and construction feasibility to leasing strategy, asset management, and exit execution.
By combining construction expertise, real-world operating experience, and commercial real estate knowledge, Nick approaches syndication with a disciplined, risk-aware mindset focused on protecting investor capital while driving long-term value.
